By accessing or using RepuTable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RepuTable is a SaaS platform that helps restaurants manage their online reputation by aggregating reviews, providing AI-powered sentiment analysis, generating reply suggestions, and offering review campaign tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per business entity unless on an Enterprise plan.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are in USD. We accept payment via invoice and bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to: generate fake reviews, use the service to harass or defame, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, exceed reasonable API usage limits, or resell access without authorization.
Reply suggestions are AI-generated and provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before they are posted. RepuTable is not liable for the content of approved replies.
RepuTable is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may export your data before termination.
